• Time management most often begins with setting goals.
• These goals are recorded and may be broken down into a project, an action plan, or a simple task list.
• Activities are then rated based on urgency and importance, priorities assigned, and deadlines set.
• This process results in a plan with a task list or calendar of activities.
• This entire process is supported by a skill set that should include personal motivation, delegation skills, organization tools, and crisis management.
I’ll cover all this and more during the Management and Goal Setting Workshop. What have been your successes? What have been some of the challenges? What are your biggest time wasters? What are you currently doing to manage your time? What could you be doing better?
As you continue on your way after learning from this Time Management and Goal Setting Workshop, I want you to reach out to me and let me know how you are doing.
I am also available as YOUR personal coach. Call on me!
